Abstract
Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the Effect of 8 weeks Ranger training course on Testosterone and LH / FSH of the cadets’ University of Imam Ali.
Materials and Methods: 24 students were randomly selected and divided into experimental and control groups. Subjects performed functional tests and blood sampling in a pretest. Then the experimental group performed 8 weeks of Ranger training program and the control group did not do any exercises. To collect the data in the post-test, the subjects performed the tests again. Independent t-test was used to analyze inferential statistics using SPSS / 21 software.
Results: The results showed that Ranger training had a significant effect on testosterone levels and anaerobic power of students.
Conclusion: In general, optimization training program to enhance the physical performance of the operating pressure can be logically viewed with some adverse effects on physical performance during the course.
Keywords: Ranger Training Course, Testosterone, LH / FSH, Anaerobic Power, Speed, Agility, Flexibility
