اهداف: سوء‌مصرف مواد همواره مشکلات متعددی را در گستره زندگی بشر به همراه داشته و یکی از مهم‌ترین آسیب‌های اجتماعی است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ادراک حمایت اجتماعی از سوی خانواده، دوستان و دیگر افراد مهم زندگی افراد معتاد بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی حاضر در سال ۱۳۹۷ در افراد معتاد مراجعه‌کننده به کمپ ترک اعتیاد همیاران سلامت شهر اردبیل انجام شد. ۳۰ نفر که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند به روش تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شده و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه ادراک حمایت اجتماعی استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش هفته‌ای ۲بار در محل کمپ همیاران سلامت اردبیل به مدت ۴هفته تحت برگزاری جلسات ۹۰دقیقه‌ای درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره (مانکوا) در قالب نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS ۲۲ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تفاوت نمرات پس‌آزمون بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل در ادراک حمایت اجتماعی از سوی خانواده (۰۱/۰p<؛ ۷۸۲/۷=F) و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی از سوی دوستان (۰۱/۰p<؛ ۲۷۶/۳۴=F) معنی‌دار بود، اما در ادراک حمایت اجتماعی از سوی دیگران تاثیر معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (۳۲۷/۰=p؛ ۹۹۸/۰=F).
نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد باعث افزایش ادراک حمایت اجتماعی از سوی خانواده و دوستان افراد معتاد می‌شود.
