اهداف: سوء‌مصرف مواد محرک به ویژه مت‌آمفتامین‌ها یکی از معضلات بهداشتی-اجتماعی قرن ۲۱ است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر‌بخشی ماتریکس بر میزان ولع مصرف، سر‌سختی و بهزیستی روانی معتادان وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل در ۳ مرکز ترک اعتیاد شهر تهران در تابستان ۱۳۹۵ انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس ۳۰ نفر از سوء‌مصرف‌کنندگان وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد ولع مصرف، سرسختی و بهزیستی روانی استفاده شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از روش آنالیز کواریانس مانکوا در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS ۲۱ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: در گروه آزمایش پس از اعمال روش درمانی در شاخص‌های ولع مصرف، سرسختی و بهزیستی روانی به‌صورت معناداری بهبودی ایجاد شد (۰۵/۰p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان ساختارمند ماتریکس سبب کاهش ولع مصرف، افزایش سرسختی و افزایش بهزیستی روانی در معتادان وابسته به مت‌آمفتامین می‌شود.
