اهداف: ازدواج یکی از وقایع مهم حیاتی است و عوامل آگاهی، نگرش و انتظار از مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر در ازدواج موفق هستند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، طراحی و اعتباریابی پرسش‌نامۀ آگاهی، نگرش و انتظار از ازدواج در نمونه‌ای از پرسنل مجرد نیروی انتظامی شهر تهران بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- اکتشافی و آزمون‏سازی در ۶ ماه ابتدای سال ۱۳۹۳ در کلیه پرسنل نیروی انتظامی شهر تهران انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای ۲مرحله‌ای، ۳۹۶ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه خودساختۀ "آگاهی، نگرش و انتظار از ازدواج" و همچنین فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک استفاده شد. روایی محتوای پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوا بررسی شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه نیز با استفاده از روش هم‏سانی درونی (آلفای کرونباخ) ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS ۲۲ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، ۳ عامل آگاهی، نگرش و انتظار از ازدواج استخراج شدند که در مجموع ۴۱% از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. از این مقدار، حدود ۷% به عامل نگرش، ۱۴% به عامل انتظار و ۲۰% به عامل آگاهی اختصاص داشت. نسبت روایی محتوا و شاخص روایی محتوای پرسش‌نامه به ترتیب ۰/۹۱ و ۰/۸۹ و پایایی پرسش‌نامه ۰/۸۲ بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: پرسش‌نامۀ آگاهی، نگرش و انتظار از ازدواج با روایی و پایایی بالا، ابزار مناسبی برای ارزیابی این عوامل است.
