چکیده
مقدمه: آنالیز مو در مقایسه با ماتریس‌های بیولوژیکی دیگر (خون و ادرار) مزیت‌هایی همچون پایداری نمونه، آشکارسازی پس از گذشت مدت زمان طولانی از مصرف و سهولت نمونه‌برداری دارد. این آنالیز شامل مراحل آماده‌سازی شستشوی آلوده‌کننده‌ها از مو، استخراج ماده مورد نظر از آن و آماده‌سازی محلول استخراج‌شده برای ورود به دستگاه آنالیز است. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر روش‌های آنالیز داروها در مو و کاربرد آنها در علوم قانونی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: پیشرفت‌های سریع در تکنولوژی، روش‌های با حساسیت و گزینش‌پذیری بسیار بالا همچون GC-MS/MS و LC-MS/MS را برای به‌کارگیری در این زمینه در اختیار گذاشته است. در آینده نزدیک، برای بررسی روند درمان دارویی افراد، نمونه مو می‌تواند جایگزین خون شود. برای رسیدن به این هدف، روش‌های ساده‌تر با حساسیت بالا مورد نیاز است.
