رابطه علایم جسمانی‌سازی با دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، ناگویی خلقی و رویدادهای آسیب‌زا در نوجوانان بزهکار

اهداف: اختلالات جسمانی‌سازی به مجموعه اختلالاتی اشاره دارند که شامل علایم جسمانی هستند اما به‌طور کامل بر اساس یک وضعیت طبی عمومی، اثرات مستقیم یک ماده یا اختلال روانی دیگری قابل توضیح نیستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط میان دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، ناگویی خلقی و رویدادهای آسیب‌زا با علایم جسمانی‌سازی در نوجوانان کانون اصلاح و تربیت بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی در پسران بزهکار ۱۵ تا ۱۸سالهٔ کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۵ انجام شد. ۱۲۰ نفر از این نوجوانان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو، پرسش‌نامه تنظیم شناختی- هیجانی، مقیاس تجدیدنظر‌شدهٔ تأثیر حوادث و همچنین چک‌لیست نشانگان اختلالات روانی، استفاده شد. ضرایب همبستگی شاخص‌های مورد مطالعه با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS ۱۹ تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: پس از برگزاری آزمون‌ها میان تمامی شرکت‌کنندگان، نمره کل پرسش‌نامه تنظیم هیجانی ۱۹/۷۴۹±۱۲۳/۸۷۴، نمره کل ناگویی هیجانی ۸/۲۲۰±۶۵/۷۰۸ و نمره کل مقیاس تأثیر حوادث ۱۶/۲۹۹±۴۹/۱۵۰ به‌دست آمد.. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که ۱۵% از واریانس علایم جسمانی‌سازی توسط متغیرهای دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی، ناگویی خلقی و همچنین رویدادهای آسیب‌زا پیش‌‌بینی شده بود (۰/۰۰۱=p؛ ۷/۹۸۰=F) و از میان آنها فقط رویدادهای آسیب‌زا پیش‌بینی‌کنندهٔ مثبت جسمانی‌سازی نوجوانان بزهکار بود (۰/۰۵p<؛ ۴/۰۳۱=t).
نتیجه‌گیری: رویدادهای آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و تأثیر آنها بر فرد، تبیین‌کنندهٔ قوی علایم جسمانی‌سازی در نوجوانان مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت است.
