چکیده:   (1001 مشاهده)
این سرمقاله تحلیلی به بررسی عملکرد، دستاوردها و چالش‌های «نشریه طب انتظامی» در دوره سیزدهم (سال 2024) می‌پردازد. در این متن، ضمن ارائه آمار دقیق از تعداد مقالات دریافتی، پذیرفته‌شده و منتشرشده، به روند رشد نسبی کیفیت و بهبود شاخص‌های انتشار اشاره شده است. همچنین، چالش‌های کلان پژوهش در ایران از جمله کاهش تولید علمی، محدودیت‌های بودجه‌ای، مشکلات زیرساختی و موانع بین‌المللی تحلیل شده و تأثیر آن‌ها بر نشریه تبیین گردیده است.
در ادامه، اقدامات اصلاحی نشریه مانند سخت‌گیری در داوری، تمرکز بر کیفیت، الزام کد اخلاق، و بازطراحی حوزه‌های موضوعی به پنج محور تخصصی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین، مروری بر مهم‌ترین یافته‌های مقالات منتشرشده در حوزه‌های مختلف طب انتظامی (از جمله روان‌شناسی، فوریت‌های پزشکی، آسیب‌های شغلی، فناوری‌های نوین و بهداشت) ارائه شده که نشان‌دهنده نقش این نشریه در ارتقای دانش کاربردی در حوزه سلامت نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی است.
 در نهایت، بر اهمیت توسعه این حوزه علمی و جذب پژوهش‌های هدفمند تأکید شده است.
