اهداف: از دست دادن فرزند بر اثر مرگ خشونتآمیزی نظیر قتل عمد، واقعهای دردناک برای هر پدر و مادری محسوب میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی راهبردهای مقابلهای والدین سوگواری که فرزندشان را بهواسطه قتل عمد از دست دادهاند و بررسی اصول کار با این گروه از بازماندگان در دو گام انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه با روش کیفی و رویکرد پدیدارشناسی، در نیمه نخست سال 1403 انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان و مردانی بود که فرزندشان را بر اثر قتل عمد از دست دادند و از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند در محاکم قضایی استان گیلان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختاریافته بود. تعیین حجم نمونهها بر اساس معیار اشباع دادهها صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش کلایزی و بهصورت دستی و با کمک نرمافزار Microsoft Word 2021 و Microsoft Excel 2021 انجام شد. همچنین برای بررسی روایی، از شاخص روایی محتوا و نسبت روایی محتوا استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: در این مطالعه، 13 والد سوگوار با میانگین سنی 8/24±55/69سال مشارکت کردند. با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده از تحلیل کیفی مصاحبهها، مجموعاً شانزده اصل و یازده راهبرد مقابلهای شناسایی شد. همچنین، بر اساس مقادیر CVI و CVR (به ترتیب 0/98 و 0/84) در گام دوم مطالعه، مداخله یکپارچه سوگ ناشی از قتل (IHBI) از منظر متخصصان و خبرگان، از روایی محتوایی مطلوبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجهگیری: اصولی که در این مطالعه شناسایی شده، چارچوبی عملی و کاربردی را در اختیار درمانگرانی قرار داده که در محیطهای انتظامی و قضایی با بازماندگان سوگ ناشی از قتل فعالیت میکنند تا آنها بتوانند مداخلاتی مؤثر و متناسب با نیازهای خاص این گروه از بازماندگان ارائه دهند. شماری از این اصول دارای ماهیتی عمومی هستند، در حالی که بخشی دیگر بهطور خاص بر ابعاد ویژهٔ سوگ ناشی از قتل تمرکز دارند.
