اهداف: فرار از خدمت سرباز در طول یک فرآیند اتفاق می‌افتد؛ ابتدا ناسازگاری با شرایط و سپس خشونت رخ می‌دهد و در نهایت فرار انجام می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای تحمل آشفتگی در رابطه بین خشونت سربازان با تمایل به فرار ناشی از عملکرد فرماندهان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری تمامی سربازان مرکز آموزشی امام سجاد (ع) شهر ارومیه با پایه خدمتی تیرماه 1400 بود. در این پژوهش 210 نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه خشونت Buss-Perry، پرسش‌نامه تحمل آشفتگی Simons و Gaher و همچنین پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته تمایل به فرار ناشی از عملکرد فرماندهان استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری در قالب نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 18 و AMOS 23 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: از 210 نمونه شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش، 139 نفر دیپلم و زیردیپلم و همچنین 71 نفر لیسانس به بالا داشتند. روایی تأییدی و مدل اندازه‌گیری سه پرسش‌نامه تأیید شد و پایایی به روش آلفای کرونباخ برای خشونت 0/87، تحمل آشفتگی 0/79 و تمایل به فرار 0/88 به‌دست آمد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که خشونت سربازان و تحمل آشفتگی بر تمایل به فرار ناشی از عملکرد فرماندهان به ترتیب دارای اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم 0/291 و 0/246- بودند. مقادیر استانداردشده اثر غیرمستقیم مسیر خشونت با واسطه‌گری تحمل آشفتگی بر تمایل به فرار به روش برآورد بوت استرپ مورد تأیید واقع شد و خشونت بر تمایل به فرار با واسطه‌گری تحمل آشفتگی 0/48- اثرگذار بود (0/01>p). درنهایت مدل پژوهش تأیید شد و 41 درصد تمایل به فرار توسط متغیرهای خشونت و تحمل آشفتگی در مسیرهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم قابل تبیین بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: خشونت سربازان بر تمایل به فرار با واسطه‌گری تحمل آشفتگی اثرگذار است. پژوهش حاضر نشانگر اهمیت عوامل شناختی و هیجانی در تبیین تمایل به فرار ناشی از عملکرد فرماندهان است.
