چکیده: (1727 مشاهده)
اهداف: چرخه انگیزش- یادگیری مادام‌العمر دانشجویان پلیس متأثر از الگویی خاص از روابط عوامل مختلف فردی، آموزشی، اجتماعی و سازمانی است. این تحقیق باهدف شناسایی و تدوین این الگو با استفاده روش کیفی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه آماری مطالعه کیفی حاضر شامل دانشجویان پلیس دارای معدّل بالای 19 و انگیزش تحصیلی بود که تا رسیدن به مرحله اشباع داده‌ها، 16 نفر از آن‌ها به‌صورت هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. این تحقیق در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین به روش کیفی تحلیل چارچوب انجام شد و از کدگذاری برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده کدگذاری نشان داد که عوامل فردی متشکل از 14 مضمون و دربرگیرنده سه مفهوم کلی‌تر «آورده فرد»، «تبلور یابنده» و «راهبردها»؛ عوامل آموزشی متشکل از 6 مضمون و حاوی محوریت استاد و فعالیت‌های هدفمند؛ عوامل سازمانی متشکل از 6 مضمون و متمرکز بر «آینده شغلی» و «اهمیت تحصیلات در سازمان» و عوامل محیطی- اجتماعی متشکل از 12 مضمون و متمرکز بر دوطبقه کلی‌تر «جوّ» و «محیط» بودند که درنهایت الگوی تأثیر این مضامین بر چرخه انگیزش- یادگیری در قالب عوامل علّی، شرایط، زمینه، راهبرد و نتیجه تدوین شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل هویتی دانشگاه که در چند بخش فردی، آموزشی، اجتماعی و سازمانی تقسیم‌بندی می‌شوند با تأثیر برانگیزش تحصیلی فرد باعث فعّال شدن مشارکت در یادگیری، رویکردهای مطالعه مناسب و مهارت‌های فراشناختی گردیده و از این طریق به یادگیری مادام‌العمر و تأمین سلامت جسمانی- روانی دانشجویان منجر می‌شوند.
