اهداف: خانواده تاثیرگذارترین قسمت جامعه بوده و جامعه سالم، نیازمند خانواده سالم است؛ بنابراین هرگونه آسیبی که به خانواده و کارکردهایش وارد شود بسیار مهم و قابل بررسی است. طلاق عاطفی یکی از این آسیب‌هاست که برخی خانواده‌ها با آن مواجه هستند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در نوجوانان پسر خانواده‌های کارکنان نیروی انتظامی با طلاق عاطفی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش همبستگی به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در کلیه نوجوانان پسر ۱۵ تا ۱۸ساله خانواده‌های کارکنان نیروی انتظامی که به کلینیک‌ها و مراکز مشاوره این سازمان مراجعه نموده و دچار طلاق عاطفی تشخیص داده شدند انجام شد و تعداد ۳۰۰ نفر به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌های سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS ۱۹ و LISREL ۸.۸۰ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای با سرمایه روان‌شناختی رابطه معنی‌داری داشتند. ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای اثر مستقیمی بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی داشتند. افزون بر آن، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی به واسطه راهبردهای مقابله‌ای بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی اثر غیرمستقیمی داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: متغیرهای روان‌رنجوری، انعطاف‌پذیری، توافق‌پذیری، باوجدان‌بودن و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای اثر مثبتی بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی دارند که می‌توان از آنها برای تقویت سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی نوجوانان خانواده‌های با طلاق عاطفی بهره برد.
