اهداف: سلامت معنوی به عنوان جوان ترین و چهارمین بعد سلامت، از طریق تاثیر بر سلامت روانی، نقش زیادی در ارتقاء سلامت عمومی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خوددلگرم سازی مبتنی بر روش شوناکر در افزایش سلامت معنوی دانشجو-معلمان فرزندان کارکنان ناجا، شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه فرهنگیان  شهرستان زاهدان انجام شد.

مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل  و پیگیری یک ماهه در بین کلیه دانشجو-معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان-پردیس دخترانه رسالت  شهرستان زاهدان در بهار 1397 انجام شد. نمونه ای به حجم  30 نفر از دانشجویان فرزندان کارکنان نیروی انتظامی که در پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی نمره متوسط و پایین گرفته بودند، به روش تصادفی انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر کدام 15 نفر)قرار داده شدند. گروه آزمایش[WU1]  به ‌مدت ‌‌10 جلسه‌‌90 دقیقه‌ای‌  تحت آموزش خود دلگرم سازی به شیوه شوناکر  قرار گرفت و‌ گروه کنترل در طول این مدت آموزشی دریافت نکرد. پس از ‌اتمام ‌جلسات، هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در معرض ‌پس آزمون ‌و‌ یک‌ ماه‌ بعد‌، ‌آزمون ‌پیگیری‌  قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه 20 سوالی سلامت معنوی پولتزین و الیسون(1982) استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS_23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: نتایج آزمون  تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین  نمرات سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی در  گروه آزمایش افزایش معناداری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری داشت.

نتیجه گیری:آموزش خود دلگرم سازی شوناکر  می تواند بر سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی دانشجویان موثر باشد.
