تجربه زیسته پرستاران از مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه کووید-19: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

اهداف: هدف اصلی حرفه پرستاری، تأمین بهبودی و سلامت افراد تحت مراقبت است. در سال‌های اخیر، مفهوم مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌ها به عنوان موضوعی حساسیت برانگیز و نیازمند توجه در حوزه مدیریت مطرح شده است. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین تجربه زیسته پرستاران از مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه کووید-19 بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی است که در سال 1401 در بین پرستاران شاغل در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه کووید-19 بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته تا مرحله رسیدن به اشباع ادامه داشت. تمام مصاحبه‌ها بر روی کاغذ نوشته شد و به صورت مکرر مرور شدند. با 22 پرستار بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه کووید-19 به مدت 30 تا 70 دقیقه مصاحبه شد. سپس داده‌های کیفی از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته با مشارکت‌کنندگان به دست آمد. متن‌ها بازخوانی شدند و کدهای مرتبط با سؤالات استخراج شدند و کد اولیه مربوط به آن به دست آمد. پس از انجام مصاحبه و مرتب‌سازی آنها در مرحله بعد، کدگذاری باز صورت گرفت که طی این فرآیند، جملات کلیدی و مرتبط با پدیده مورد نظر که از خلال مصاحبه‌ها بیرون کشیده شدند، کدگذاری و کد اولیه به دست آمد. سپس کدهای مشترک در کنار هم قرار داده شد و مضامین فرعی و مضامین اصلی را ایجاد کردند. . داده‌های این مطالعه کیفی به روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: از 22 مشارکت کننده، 19 نفر آنها زن و 3 نفر مرد بودند. میانگین سنی پاسخ‌دهندگان بین 35 تا 45 سال بود و از نظر تجربه کاری اکثراً بالای ده سال سابقه داشتند. از حیث تحصیلات دانشگاهی نیز 16 نفر دارای مدرک کارشناسی و 6 نفر دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد بودند. در این پژوهش برای مضمون مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی 6 مضمون اصلی ساختار اجتماعی، اصول حاکم و قانونی، عوامل زمینه‌ای، ارزش و اخلاق، هم‌دلی، جو فرهنگی و محیطی سازمان و 37 مضمون فرعی به‌دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مضامین اصلی و فرعی به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش همگی دلایل شکل‌گیری و پرداخت پرستاران بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه بیماران کووید-19 به مفهوم مسئولیت اجتماعی هستند. این مضامین سه پیامد مثبت فردی، اجتماعی و سازمانی را به دنبال دارند. با افزایش و ارتقای کمی و کیفی این عوامل می‌توان مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی در بین پرستاران را به عنوان مهم‌ترین سرمایه بیمارستان، ارتقا و توسعه داد که در نهایت موجب افزایش بهره‌وری خواهد شد.
