اهداف: اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و بدرفتاری روانی با افکار خودکشی در نوجوانان مرتبط است. با این حال نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن‌آگاهی در این ارتباط نامشخص است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری ایده‌پردازی خودکشی بر اساس اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و بدرفتاری روانی با میانجیگری ذهن‌آگاهی در نوجوانان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی (معادلات ساختاری) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر دورهٔ دوم متوسطه مشغول به تحصیل مدارس دولتی شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1400 تشکیل دادند. از این جامعه نمونه‌ای به حجم 170 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسش‌نامه‌های ایده‌پردازی خودکشی Beck، اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی Turel، ذهن‌آگاهی Brown و بدرفتاری روانی Nash پاسخ دادند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 25 و smartpls.4 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تعداد 170 آزمودنی با میانگین سنی 29/1±19/15 سال در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند. نتایج مربوط به آزمون معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که ضرایب مسیر مستقیم بدرفتاری روانی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی (001/0=p؛ 31/0=β) و ضرایب مسیر اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی (001/0=p؛ 54/0=β) معنادار بود. آزمون معناداری بوت استراپ نشان داد که بدرفتاری روانی (003/0=p؛ 26/0=β) و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی (005/0=p؛ 11/0=β) با میانجیگری ذهن آگاهی معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که علاوه بر اثر مستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و بدرفتاری روانی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی، ذهن‌آگاهی نیز به عنوان متغیر میانجی بر اثرات غیرمستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی و بدرفتاری روانی بر ایده‌پردازی خودکشی عمل می‌کند.
