fa آگاهی و نگرش پایوران یک مرکز نظامی ازآموزش‏های خودامدادی و دگرامدادی طب بحران Crisis Medicine پژوهشی اصيل Original Research مقدمه: نظامیان برای حفظ جان خویش و دیگر همرزمان خود به آگاهی از اصول کمکهای اولیه و حیاتی نیازمندند بنابراین فراگیری اصول خودامدادی و دگرامدادی برای تمام نظامیان ضرورت دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی و نگرش پایوران یک مرکز نظامی از آموزشهای خودامدادی و دگرامدادی انجام شده است. مواد و روش‏ها: نوع مطالعه توصیفی است که به روش مقطعی روی 388 نفر از کارکنان یک مرکز نظامی انجام شده است. روش نمونهگیری به صورت طبقهای و انتخاب نمونهها به صورت تصادفی بوده است. جمعآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه روا و پایای محقق ساخته در زمینه آگاهی و نگرش از خودامدادی و دگر امدادی صورت گرفته است. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی شامل آزمون کای دو و ANOVA و نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 18 انجام شد. یافته‏ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی کارکنان 2/38 ± 15/56و میانگین درصد نگرش افراد نسبت به آموزش خودامدادی و دگرامدادی 7/5 ± 83/81 بود. 56/2 و 65/7 درصد از کارکنان شرکت کننده در مطالعه، به ترتیب دارای آگاهی و نگرش در سطح خوبی نسبت به آموزش‏های خودامدادی و دگرامدادی بودند. نتیجه‏گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، آگاهی بیش از 43 درصد کارکنان در حد مطلوب نمی‏باشد، بنابراین برگزاری کلاس‏های آموزش خودامدادی و دگرامدادی در سازمان‏های نظامی با استفاده از روش‏های نوین آموزشی و با توجه به تهدیدات آینده، در فواصل زمانی منظم به طور جدی پیشنهاد می‏شود. Background: Military forces need to achieve knowledge about first aid and critical principles for protecting themselves and their comrades too. So learning the principles of self-aid and buddy are necessary for all military personnel .the present study has been conducted with the aim of determining the knowledge and attitudes of military officers through training aid and aid it. Materials & Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study has been conducted on 388 employees of a Military Center. stratified random sampling method was used to select the employees. Data collected from valid and reliable Self-designed questionnaire. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test and ANOVA analysis with software spss18 done. Results: The mean knowledge score of personnel, and the average percentage of self-aid and buddy attitude training were15.56 ± 2.38 and 83.81± 7.5, respectively. 56.2 and 65.7 percent of employees participated in the study had a good level of education, knowledge, and the attitudes towards self-aid and buddy.
