fa عوامل موثر بر مراجعه کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی غرب تهران به کمیسیون پزشکی روان‌شناسی انتظامی Police Related Psychology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>اهداف: </strong>مراجعه به کمیسیون پزشکی، رفتاری است که توسط کارکنان نیروی انتظامی به دلایل مختلفی صورت می‌پذیرد. این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مراجعه کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی غرب تهران به کمیسیون پزشکی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه مقطعی در بازه زمانی آذر ۱۳۹۶ لغایت خرداد ۱۳۹۷ در کلیه کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی غرب تهران (۱۱۸ نفر) انجام شد. با توجه به حجم کم جامعه، تمام افرادی که تمایل به همکاری داشتند (۱۰۵ نفر) به مطالعه وارد شدند. از ۴ پرسش‌نامه اضطراب بک، افسردگی بک، استرس شغلی اسپیلبرگر و محقق‌ساخته عوامل موثر بر مراجعه به کمیسیون پزشکی برای جمع‌آوری داده استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر مراجعه به کمیسیون پزشکی از رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: ورزش (۰۰۲/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، مشکلات خانوادگی (۰۰۴/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، رضایت شغلی فرد از خویش (۰۳/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، مصرف دارو (۰۰۱/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، مشکلات اقتصادی (۰۰۷/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، مقایسه با سایر مشاغل (۰۲۳/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، برآوردن انتظارات با حسن انجام کار (۰۰۱/۰<span dir="LTR">p<</span>)، کار بیش از حد توان (۰۰۱/۰<span dir="LTR">p<</span>)، نوع معـافیت (۰۰۱/۰<span dir="LTR">p<</span>)، درجه (۰۱/۰=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) و علت بستری (۰۰۱/۰<span dir="LTR">p<</span>) دارای تاثیر معنی‌داری بر میزان مراجعه کارکنان فرماندهی غرب تهران به کمیسیون پزشکی بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: برآوردن انتظارات با حسن انجام کار، کار بیش‌ از حد توان و نوع معافیت عوامل مراجعه به دلایل روانی و افسردگی، عدم ورزش، مشکلات اقتصادی، برآوردن انتظارات با حسن انجام کار و درجه عوامل مراجعه به دلایل جسمانی به کمیسیون پزشکی هستند.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Aims: </strong>Referring to the medical commission is a behavior that is carried out by police officers for various reasons. This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the referral of the West Tehran Police Command staff to the medical commission.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Instruments & Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in all of West Tehran Police Command staff (118 people) from December 2017 to May 2018. Respecting to the low mass of the community, all those who were willing to cooperate (105 people) entered the study. Four Beck&#39;s Anxiety Inventories, Beck&#39;s Depression Inventory, Spielberger&#39;s Job Stress and Researcher-made Factors Affecting the Referral to the Medical Commission Questionnaire were used for data collection.
