fa تعیین‌کننده‌های استفاده از کلاه ایمنی توسط موتورسواران شهر قم با استفاده از سازه‌های تئوری انگیزش محافظت بهداشت انتظامی Police Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>اهداف: </strong>استفاده از کلاه ایمنی در موتورسواران نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از آسیب به سر و گردن دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف سنجش سازه‌های تئوری انگیزش محافظت در استفاده از کلاه ایمنی توسط موتورسواران قم انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی روی ۳۲۶ نفر از موتورسواران شهر قم در سال ۱۳۹۶ انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش طبقه‌بندی نسبی بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته با ۵۳ سئوال بود. داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS ۱۸</span> و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، <span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل، همبستگی پیرسون و آنالیز رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی شرکت‌کنندگان ۹۵/۱۱&plusmn;۷۹/۳۲ سال بود. شدت درک‌شده، خودکارآمدی، کارآمدی پاسخ و پاداش درک‌شده ۵۰% از تغییرات انگیزش محافظت و همچنین انگیزش محافظت به‌تنهایی ۲۱% از تغییرات استفاده از کلاه ایمنی را در موتورسواران شهر قم پیش‌بینی کرد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>تئوری انگیزش محافظت می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوب مناسبی برای ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر استفاده یا عدم استفاده موتورسواران از کلاه ایمنی به کار گرفته شود.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Aims: </strong>The use of helmets plays an important role in preventing head and neck injuries. The aim of this study was to measure the constructs of Protection Motivation Theory&nbsp;(PMT) in using helmets by motorcycle riders in Qom, Iran.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Materials & Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> This cross sectional study was conducted on 326 motorcycle riders in Qom in 2017. Relative classification sampling method was used. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 53 items. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18 software, using one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation, and linear regression analysis.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Findings</strong><strong>:</strong> The mean and standard deviation of the participants&#39; age was 32.79&plusmn;11.95 years.
