fa اثر مداخله رفتاری-شناختی-فراشناختی بر شدت علایم اختلال بدشکلی بدن در نیروهای نظامی روان‌شناسی انتظامی Police Related Psychology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>اهداف: </strong>اختلال بدشکلی بدن یکی از اختلالات ناشناخته و مقاوم به درمان است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تدوین و بررسی اثربخشی مداخله رفتاری-شناختی- فراشناختی بر علایم اختلال بدشکلی بدن انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>بیماران و روش‌ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع گزارش مورد منفرد است که در آن ۳ بیمار سرپایی عضو نیروهای نظامی مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن در یکی از مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان طی سال‌های ۹۲-۱۳۹۱ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و مقیاس اصلاح‌شده وسواس فکری عملی ییل-براون برای اختلال بدشکلی بدن بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>یافته&shy;ها</strong><strong>:</strong> در ۳ مورد بررسی‌شده، روند کاهشی اختلال بدشکلی بدن طی دوره برگزاری جلسات درمانی و دوره پیگیری مشاهده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> مداخله رفتاری-شناختی-فراشناختی بر شدت علایم اختلال بدشکلی بدن تاثیر گذاشته و شدت بیماری را کاهش می‌دهد.</p> <p><a name="OLE_LINK5"></a></p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Aims: </strong><a name="OLE_LINK30"></a><a name="OLE_LINK26">Body dysmorphic disorder</a> is one of the unknown and resistant to treatment disorders. The present study was conducted with the aim of developing and investigating the effect of behavioral-cognitive-metacognitive intervention on the severity of body dysmorphic disorder symptoms.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt"><strong>Patients & Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> The present study is a case report, in which 3 outpatient military personnel with body dysmorphic disorder were studied in one of the counseling centers of Isfahan during the 2012 to 2013.
