fa اختلال در ترشح هورمون آلدوسترون از منظر جرم‌شناختی پزشکی قانونی Forensic Medicine مروری تحليلی Analytic Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;">مقدمه: <span style="font-weight:normal;">یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائلی که جوامع کنونی به آن گرفتار هستند، مسالهٔ بزهکاری است. به لحاظ زیستی-روانی، یکی از مسائل ریشه‌ای در وقوع جرم می‌تواند ترشحات غدد آدرنال باشد. یکی از عوامل مهم در ایجاد شخصیت افراد نوع کارکرد غدد آدرنال و تأثیری است که در غدد دیگر می‌گذارد و حالات روحی و جسمی فرد را تجلی می‌بخشد. هورمون آلدوسترون ساخت هورمون‌هایی را برعهده دارد که سطح مواد معدنی بدن را تنظیم می‌کند. این مقاله با هدف بررسی میزان کاهش قدرت اراده و هوشیاری شخص با اختلال در ترشح هورمون آلدوسترون انجام شد.</span><br> نتیجه‌گیری: <span style="font-weight:normal;">اختلال در ترشح هورمون آلدوسترون با بروز مشکلاتی مانند هیپوکالمی، هایپرکالمی، نارسایی یا عفونت کلیه، فشار و قند خون بالا یا بیماری آدیسون مرتبط است. این مشکلات از نظر جرم‌شناختی قابل توجه هستند؛ برای مثال در هیپوکالمی ضربان قلب شخص نامنظم شده، عارضه بیهوشی موقت و انقباض عضلات ایجاد می‌شود و درنتیجه فرد از حالت تعادل جسمی و روانی خارج می‌شود. به دلیل از‌دست‌دادن نسبی قوه ادراک و هوشیاری در این شرایط، زمینه برای ارتکاب جرم ایجاد می‌شود. جرم‌شناختی فشار خون بالا نیز بسیار حائز اهمیت است، زیرا فشار خون بالا می‌تواند منجر به مشکلات شدید قلبی و مغزی شود و هوشیاری فرد کاهش یابد. از آنجا که این بیماری‌ها جنبه داخلی و فردی دارد، مجرم واقف به مشکل خود نیست و معمولاً برای دفاع از خود استنادی به بیماریش نمی‌کند. لذا در شرایطی که شخصی به دلیل اختلال در ترشح هورمون آلدوسترون و سایر عوارضی که ذکر شد، مرتکب جنایتی شود، باید او را از لحاظ مسئولیت کیفری نیمه‌مسئول شناخت. علاوه بر این مجموع این عوامل جسمی خود زمینه‌ساز بیماری‌های روانی دیگری است.به‌طوری که فرد ممکن است دسـت به رفـتارهای نابهنـجاری همـچون حمـله و پرخاشگری بزند.</span></span></span></div> Introduction: One of the most important issues that the current communities are involved in is the issue of delinquency. Biologically, one of the important issues in the occurrence of a crime could be the secretion of the adrenal glands. One of the important factors in creating the person&#39;s personality is the type of functioning of the adrenal glands and its effects on other glands and manifests itself in the physical and mental state of the individual. The aldosterone hormone produces hormones that regulate the level of the body&#39;s minerals. This article was aimed at investigating the rate of reduction of person&#39;s alertness with disruption of secretion of the aldosterone hormone.<br> Conclusion: Disruption of the aldosterone hormone secretion is associated with problems such as hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, failure or infection of kidney, high blood pressure and high blood sugar, or Addison. These problems are significant in terms of criminology; for example, in hypokalemia person&#39;s heartbeat is irregular, temporary anesthetic and muscle contraction happens and finally the person goes out of physical and psychological balance. Due to the relative deprivation of perception and alertness in these circumstances, grounds for committing a crime are created. Criminology of high blood pressure is also important because high blood pressure can lead to severe cardiac and brain problems and alertness. Since these diseases have an internal and individual aspect, the guilty does not realize his problem and usually does not cure his illness to defend himself. Therefore, in the event that a person commits a crime due to an abnormality in the secretion of the aldosterone secretion and the other complications mentioned, he should be recognized as having a semi-consistent criminal responsibility.
