fa رابطه پرخاشگری و ترتیب تولد در کارکنان نیروی انتظامی روان‌شناسی انتظامی Police Related Psychology پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>اهداف:</strong><span style="font-weight:normal;"><strong> </strong>نیروی انتظامی به عنوان بخش مهمی از سیستم امنیتی کشور، وظیفه خطیر تأمین امنیت داخلی را بر عهده دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ترتیب تولد و میزان پرخاشگری کارکنان نیروی انتظامی انجام شد.</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"></span></span><br> <strong>مواد و </strong><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است در تمامی کارکنان نیروی انتظامی شهرستان اردبیل در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۵ انجام شد. با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی ۱۲۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز از پرسش‌نامه پرخاشگری باس و پِری استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه از طریق روش آلفای کرونباخ ۰/۸۴ به‌دست آمد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌‌طرفه در قالب نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS ۲۰</span> انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در میان ترتیب تولدهای مختلف در کارکنان نیروی انتظامی رابطه معناداری در میزان پرخاشگری کلامی، پرخاشگری بدنی و خرده‌مقیاس‌های خشم و خصومت وجود نداشت (۰/۰۵<span dir="LTR">p></span>).<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> ترتیب تولد در کارکنان نیروی انتظامی با میزان پرخاشگری ایشان و ویژگی‌هایی همچون خشم و خصومت رابطه‌ای ندارد.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></div> Aims: The police force, as an important part of the country&#39;s security system, has a major responsibility to provide domestic security. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between birth order and aggression among police officers.<br> Materials & Methods: This descriptive-correlation study was carried out in all employees of Ardebil police force in 2016-17. Using random cluster sampling, 120 people were selected as samples. The buss and peri aggression questionnaire was used to collect data. Reliability of the questionnaire was 0.84 by Cronbach&#39;s alpha method.
