fa روش‌های آنالیز داروها در مو و کاربرد آنها در علوم قانونی؛ مطالعه مروری تحلیلی پزشکی قانونی Forensic Medicine مروری تحليلی Analytic Review <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong> آنالیز مو در مقایسه با ماتریس‌های بیولوژیکی دیگر (خون و ادرار) مزیت‌هایی همچون پایداری نمونه، آشکارسازی پس از گذشت مدت زمان طولانی از مصرف و سهولت نمونه‌برداری دارد. این آنالیز شامل مراحل آماده‌سازی شستشوی آلوده‌کننده‌ها از مو، استخراج ماده مورد نظر از آن و آماده‌سازی محلول استخراج‌شده برای ورود به دستگاه آنالیز است. هدف از این مطالعه مروری بر روش‌های آنالیز داروها در مو و کاربرد آنها در علوم قانونی بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> پیشرفت‌های سریع در تکنولوژی، روش‌های با حساسیت و گزینش‌پذیری بسیار بالا همچون <span dir="LTR">GC-MS/MS</span> و <span dir="LTR">LC-MS/MS</span> را برای به‌کارگیری در این زمینه در اختیار گذاشته است. در آینده نزدیک، برای بررسی روند درمان دارویی افراد، نمونه مو می‌تواند جایگزین خون شود. برای رسیدن به این هدف، روش‌های ساده‌تر با حساسیت بالا مورد نیاز است.&nbsp;</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:iransharp_printingsize,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong></p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Hair analysis versus other biological matrices (blood and urine) has advantages such as sample stability, long-term detection after sampling, and ease of sampling. This analysis includes the preparing steps of washing the contaminants from the hair, extracting the desired material from that and preparing the extracted solution to entering the analyzer. The purpose of this paper was a review on analytical methods of drugs in hair and their applications in forensics Sciences.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The recent rapid development of technology has provided highly sensitive and selective determination methods such as GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. Instead of blood samples, hair might be used for diagnosis of drug treatment in the near future.
