fa بررسی وضعیت خدمات مشاوره و مددکاری اجتماعی نیروی انتظامی (مراکز و کلانتری‌ها)، تحلیل روند سال‌های 1387 تا 1392 طب بحران Crisis Medicine پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>یکی از راه‌های کنترل و کاهش آسیب‌ها و جرائم اجتماعی، ارائه خدمات تخصصی و مشاوره‌ای به‌هنگام است که می‌تواند در ارتقاء سلامت افراد جامعه نیز مؤثر واقع شود. نیروی انتظامی با راه‌اندازی مراکز مشاوره و مددکاری اجتماعی در معاونت اجتماعی، بستر و زمینه پیشگیری از مسائل اجتماعی و ارائه خدمات به مراجعین را فراهم نموده است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت این خدمات مشاوره و مددکاری اجتماعی نیروی انتظامی (در مراکز و کلانتری‌ها) در دوره شش‌ساله (1387-1392) انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- طولی، متغیرهای مورد مطالعه یعنی ویژگی‌های مراجعین، مشکلات آن‌ها و خدمات مراکز مشاوره ناجا و دوایر مددکاری اجتماعی کلانتری‌ها در طی روند شش‌ساله مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق اطلاعات ثبت شده مراجعین در اداره کل مشاوره و مددکاری اجتماعی نیروی انتظامی از کل کشور به دست آمده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی (شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی) در دو حیطه مراکز مشاوره و دوایر مددکاری کلانتری‌ها مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته‌اند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>آمارها حاکی از افزایش تعداد مراجعین زن از سال 87 تا سال 92 است. این آمار نشان می‌دهد که نسبت 1.5 برابری مردان به زنان در سال 87 به نسبت مساوی در سال 92 رسیده است و همچنین میانگین سنی خدمت گیرندگان بین 28 تا 35 سال است. متأهلین بیشترین درصد و مشکلات خانوادگی بیشترین علت مراجعه را تشکیل می‌دهند. دریافت خدمات حقوقی و تلفنی رو به افزایش است. حدود نیمی از مراجعین به دلیل اختلافات و مشکلات با بستگان درجه‌یک، به کلانتری‌ها مراجعه می‌نمایند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به زنانه شدن دریافت خدمات، متأهل بودن اکثر دریافت‌کنندگان خدمات و در نتیجه وابستگی خانوادگی مراجعین و همچنین بالا بودن آمار مشکلات خانوادگی؛ تغییر در ساختارهای ارائه خدمات، آموزش متخصصین و وجود تعامل بین سازمان‌های مرتبط برای ارتقا کیفیت خدمات، ضروری است و در نتیجه بازبینی، برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری متناسب با مراجعین را می‌طلبد.</p> <p><strong><em>Background: </em></strong>One of the ways to control and reduce social harms and crimes is to provide on time counseling services which can also be effective in promoting public health. The Law Enforcement Force of Iran has provided the potential of preventing social problems and of facilitating the delivery of services through setting up counseling and social work centers. So the present study aimed to survey the condition of these social work and counseling services, during six years (2008 to 2013).</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive longitudinal study, the characteristics of the clients, their problems and provided counseling and social work services of the police stations were studied and analyzed during 6 years. The data were collected from the documents of the clients in the Department of Counseling and Social Work of the police of the whole country and were analyzed by descriptive statistics in the two contexts of counseling and social work centers of the police stations.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The results revealed that the number of women receiving services is growing; the mean of age range of clients was 28 - 35; the highest percentage of the clients were married; family problems were the most common cause of refering; receiving the legal and counseling hotline services has been growing; and finally about half of clients refer to police stations due to their problems with relatives<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Due to the feminizations of the given services; the great number of married clients and accordingly family bonding; and also high frequency of family problems, major changes in the structure of service providing, educating experts and interaction between organizations to improve the quality of services are necessary.
