fa تعیین پروفایل نمک، در مت آمفتامین‌های ضبط شده در سال 2014 در ایران فناوری‌های مرتبط با طب انتظامی Police Medicine Related Technologies پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p>مقدمه: مت آمفتامین از مواد مخدر محرک سیستم عصبی است که به‌طور گسترده‌ای در سراسر جهان ازجمله کشور ایران مورد سوءمصرف قرار می‌گیرد و روند استفاده از آن به‌طور چشمگیری رو به افزایش است. به دلیل سادگی در روش ساخت، این ماده به‌طور وسیعی در کارگاه‌های مخفی مواد مخدر تولید می‌شود. به همین دلیل، تعیین پروفایل مت آمفتامین‌های کشف‌شده می‌تواند در روند شناخت این کارگاه‌های تولیدکننده و ردگیری شبکه‌های توزیع بسیار مفید باشد و از گسترش شبکه توزیع و مصرف این ماده جلوگیری کند. شناسایی نوع نمک مت آمفتامین، بخشی از فرایند تعیین پروفایل مت آمفتامین می‌باشد و این مطالعه به آن پرداخته است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه بر مبنای تمام&lrm;شماری تعداد 40 مورد مت آمفتامین ضبط‌شده توسط نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سال 2014 و به روش تشکیل رسوب انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: انجام آزمون تشکیل رسوب بر روی تمامی آزمودنی‌ها حاکی از مثبت شدن تست آنیون کلراید و منفی شدن سایر تست‌ها داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: تعیین پروفایل نمک، در مت آمفتامین‌های ضبط‌شده نشان می‌دهد که تمامی موارد حاوی نمک هیدروکلراید بوده‌اند. این نتایج، با نتایج حاصل از مطالعه‌ای مشابه که در سال 2010 در ایران انجام شده نیز مطابقت دارد. ازآنجاکه، در اغلب موارد پیش ساز مت آمفتامین‌های ضبط‌شده در ایران داروی سودوافدرین می‌باشد، احتمالاً روش ساخت مت آمفتامین در ایران برگرفته از روشی است که در کشورهای شرق آسیا مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این مطالعات، الزام به قطع تولید فراورده‌های جامد حاوی سودوافدرین در کشور را تأیید می‌کند. همچنین، درصورتی‌که فرایند تولید مخفی مت آمفتامین همچنان ادامه یابد، به دلیل اینکه در برخی نمونه‌های کشف‌شده ناخالصی‌های موجود در فراورده‌های دارویی ژنریک مایع نیز دیده شده است، تصمیم‌گیری در خصوص حذف تولید فراورده‌های مایع حاوی سودوافدرین در کشور نیز ضروری خواهد بود.</p> <p>Background: methamphetamine is a Nervous system stimulant that are more widely abuse around the world such as Iran as well as abuse this is dramatically increased. Because of the simplicity of the synthesis methods, this substance is widely produced in clandestine places. Therefore, Identifying salt profiling of discovered methamphetamine could help identifying and tracking these places, lead to destroy the distribution networks ,and prevent the use of this substance. Identifying the type of methamphetamine salt is a part of the whole methamphetamine profiling process which is reviewed in this study. Materials and Methods: In this study, all 40 discovered crystal methamphetamine in 2014 by antinarcotics police of Islamic Republic of Iran were analyzed through Precipitation method to determine the salt forms of the samples. Results: The results show that all the samples contain the chloride salt and the other salts were not found in the examined samples. Conclusion: Salt profiling of seized methamphetamines show that all samples were contain only the hydrochloride salt. This finding is similar to the results of the previous study were done in 2010. Since pseudoephedrine is the precursor of the methamphetamine synthesis in Iran, probably, the manufacturers have used the East Asian method of methamphetamine production. The results of these studies, confirm the importance of stopping the production of solid pseudoephedrine containing pharmaceuticals in Iran.
