Given that information gaps and the bureaucracy of traditional records can lead to irreparable medical errors, this paper advocates for a transition toward agile operational forms based on the MARCH PAWS algorithm. The rationale behind this concept is that aligning documentation with the execution phases of trauma&mdash;ranging from massive hemorrhage control to supportive care&mdash;reduces the cognitive load on the medical team and ensures patient safety through real-time recording of critical and paraclinical data.
