fa نقش نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی در مدیریت بحران ناشی از شیوع بیماری کووید-19 در ایران و جهان مدیریت طب انتظامی Police Medicine Management پژوهشی کوتاه Brief Communication <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>اهداف</strong><strong>:</strong> پس از ثبت نخستین مورد از بیماری کووید-۱۹ در اواخر دسامبر ۲۰۱۹ در شهر ووهان چین، این بیماری خیلی زود با انتقال انسان به انسان به سراسر جهان گسترش یافت و نگرانی های جهانی را برانگیخت، بطوری که سازمان بهداشت جهانی وضعیت شیوع بیماری کووید-۱۹ را پاندمی اعلام کرد. اتخاذ و انجام اقدامات کنترلی و پیشگیرانه در جهت مهار شیوع این بیماری در بسیاری از کشورها به‌طور کامل موفقیت‌آمیز نبود و منجر به ایجاد و گسترش بحران گردید. برای مقابله و مدیریت بحران ناشی از شیوع بیماری کووید-۱۹ در ایران و برخی دیگر از کشورها، علاوه بر وزارت بهداشت و کادر درمان، نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی نیز وارد عمل شدند. این نیروها با انجام اقداماتی همچون پاکسازی و ضدعفونی‌کردن معابر، تأمین امنیت مراکز درمانی، محافظت از مراکز حساس و انبارهای ملی واکسن یا داروها، اعمال قرنطینه‌ها یا محدودیت‌های رفت‌وآمد، حفظ نظم عمومی، کنترل تجمعات، استفاده از دوربین های حرارتی و محافظت از جامعه در فضای مجازی، به کمک مردم و وزارت بهداشت آمدند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در بحران ناشی از شیوع بیماری کووید-۱۹ ، سلامتی و جان پرسنل نظامی و انتظامی به عنوان مدافعان وطن در کنار مدافعان سلامت درخطر است. لذا مردم می‌بایست با همدلی بیشتری با این پرسنل و کادر درمان تعامل و همکاری داشته باشند تا بحران مدیریت گردد. در حال حاضر که واقع‌بینانه‌ترین روش برای مقابله با بحران و محدودکردن سرعت گسترش بیماری کووید-۱۹، ماندن در خانه و حفظ قرنطینه داوطلبانه است، مردم می‌بایست نهایت همکاری و همراهی را داشته باشند.</p> <p><strong>Aims:</strong> Following the first recorded case of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China, in late December 2019, the disease, via human to human transmission, quickly spread around the world and raised global concern, as it was declared a pandemic by WHO. Adoption and control of preventive measures in many countries has not been successful and led to the development and spread of the crisis. In addition to the ministry of health and medical personnel, military and police forces have also taken action to deal with counteracting and handling the crisis caused by the prevalence of COVID-19 in Iran and some other countries. They aided people and the ministry of health in actions such as clearing and disinfecting passages, securing medical centers, protecting sensitive centers and national vaccine or drug depots, enforcing quarantine or travel restrictions, maintaining public order, controlling gatherings, using thermal cameras, and protecting the community in cyberspace.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the crisis caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, the health and lives of military and law enforcement personnel are at risk as well as home health advocates. So people need to have more empathy and interaction with these treatment personnel and staff to manage the crisis.
