fa بررسی روند ورودی و خروجی یک‌ساله بیماران بخش اورژانس؛ مطالعه موردی بیمارستان سینا مدیریت طب انتظامی Police Medicine Management توصيفی و ارزيابی Descriptive & Survey <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>اهداف: </strong>مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل آماری روند ورودی و خروجی بیماران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان سینا در سال ۱۳۹۶ طراحی شده و به اجرا درآمد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی در بیمارستان سینا وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و به صورت گذشته‌نگر انجام شد. کلیه بیمارانی که در سال ۱۳۹۶ به بخش اورژانس مراجعه نموده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. در ابتدا آمار ورودی‌ها بررسی <span dir="LTR">‌</span>شدند تا مشخص شود بیماران از چه مسیرهایی به بخش اورژانس مراجعه کرده بودند. سپس وضعیت خروجی بیماران بررسی شد تا مشخص شود که چه میزان از ورودی بخش اورژانس ترخیص، بستری، اعزام، ارجاع یا احیاناً فوت شدند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در سال ۱۳۹۶ مجموعا ۳۴۹۰۱ نفر به اورژانس بیمارستان سینا مراجعه کردند که ۲۷.۸% با اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی، ۱.۷% اعزام از سایر مراکز و ۷۰.۵% به‌صورت سرپایی به بخش اورژانس وارد شده بودند. ۷۸.۵% بعد از انجام اقدامات مقتضی با دستور پزشک متخصص طب اورژانس مرخص شدند. از بین ۲۱.۵% سایر خروجی‌ها، ۰.۰۳% فوتی بدو ورود، ۴/۴% فوتی پس از ورود، ۱.۲% ارجاع به سایر مراکز، ۱۹.۵% بیماران منتقل‌شده از اورژانس به بخش‌های بستری و ۱.۴% ترخیص با رضایت شخصی بودند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مراجعه سرپایی فراوان‌ترین نحوه ورود بیماران به بخش اورژانس است و حدود ۸۰% بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش اورژانس توسط گروه طب اورژانس ویزیت و ترخیص می‌شوند.</span></p> <p style="margin-right:42.45pt; text-align:justify"><strong>Aims: </strong>The aim of this study was to analyze the input and output patterns of patients in the emergency department (ED) of Sina Hospital in 2017.</p> <p style="margin-right:42.45pt; text-align:justify"><strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong>&nbsp;This cross sectional study was carried out, retrospectively, in Sina Hospital affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. All patients referring to the ED during 2017 entered the study. At first, the inputs were checked to determine in which paths the patients were referred to the ED. Then, the outcomes of the patients were checked to determine how much of the ED entrance were discharged, hospitalized, dispatched, or possibly died.</p> <p style="margin-right:42.45pt; text-align:justify"><strong>Findings:</strong>&nbsp;In 2017, a total of 34901 patients were referred to the ED at Sina Hospital, of whom 27.8% were referred with pre-hospital emergency medicine service, 1.7% were sent from other centers, and 70.5% were referred to the ED as outpatients. Of them, 78.48% were discharged from the ED after taking appropriate action from the emergency medicine specialist. Out of 21.52% of other outcomes, 0.33% died at the time of entry, 4.44% died after arrival, 1.2% were referred to other centers, 19.51% were transferred from emergency department to hospital, and 42.1% were discharged with personal satisfaction.</p> <p style="margin-right:42.45pt; text-align:justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Outpatient referral is the most common way for patients to enter the ED, and about 80% of patients referring to the ED are visited and discharged by the emergency department.</p> بخش اورژانس؛ تعیین تکلیف؛ ورودی؛ خروجی؛ تحلیل آماری Emergency Department, Patient Disposition, Input, Output, Statistical Analysis 87 92 http://jpmed.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-352-3&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 M.
