fa سرمقاله: تحلیلی بر مقالات منتشرشده در دوره دوازدهم نشریه طب انتظامی فناوری‌های مرتبط با طب انتظامی Police Medicine Related Technologies نامه به سردبير Letter to Editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:2;">نشریه طب انتظامی، در حال حاضر تنها نشریه علمی-پژوهشی رسمی معاونت بهداشت، امداد و درمان فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که به طور کلی منتشرکننده مقالات مرتبط با حوزه‌های بهداشت جسمی و روانی نیروهای پلیس، امداد، درمان و توانبخشی نیروهای پلیس و مأموریت‌های تکلیفی پلیس است. این نشریه از ابتدای سال میلادی 2023، دورۀ دوازدهم خود را به عنوان یک نشریه دو زبانه آغاز کرد و متن کامل 28 مقاله از 85 مقاله دریافتی خود را به دو زبان انگلیسی و فارسی منتشر کرد. این نشریه که از سال میلادی 2022 با هدف افزایش مخاطبین بین‌المللی، محتوای اصلی مقالات را تحت عنوان چکیده مبسوط به زبان انگلیسی منتشر کرده بود، گامی در جهت دوزبانه شدن نشریه برداشته بود و در سال میلادی 2023 با انتشار متن کامل تمامی مقالات به زبان انگلیسی، این اقدام را تکمیل نمود. نرخ پذیرش مقالات در این دوره 94/32 درصد و نرخ رد 41/69 درصد محاسبه شد که 4/63 درصد به صورت سریع و 6/21 درصد پس از فرآیند داوری رد شدند. در این نشریه با تواتر انتشار پیوسته، نسبت به مقالات منتشرشده دوره قبلی، 46/11 درصد کاهش در نرخ پذیرش و 81/13 درصد افزایش در نرخ رد مشاهده شد و در نهایت تعداد مقالات منتشرشده در این شماره نسبت به سال گذشته 30 درصد کاهش داشت. به نظر می‌رسد، یکی از مهم‌ترین علل افزایش نرخ رد و درنتیجه کاهش در انتشار مقالات در این شماره، اجباری نمودن ارائه کد اخلاق معتبر برای انتشار مقالات بود که با وجود ورودی مقاله تقریباً برابر با دوره یازدهم [1]، ریزش زیادی در پذیرش مقالات ایجاد کرد. متوسط زمان رسیدن به تصمیم برای پذیرش مقالات در سال 2023، 83 روز و متوسط زمان پذیرش تا انتشار مقالات، 18 روز محاسبه شد.</span> </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span iransharp_printingsize="" style="font-family:"> </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">Journal of Police Medicine is the only scientific journal of the Directorate of Health, rescue, and Treatment of Iran police headquarters, which generally publishes articles related to the physical and mental health of police forces, rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of police forces and police missions too. This journal started its twelfth volume as a bilingual journal and published the full text of 28 articles out of 85 received in both English and Persian languages from the beginning of 2023. Since 2022, to increase the international audience, this journal has published the main content of articles in English under the title of an extended abstract, and in 2023, it completed this action by publishing the full text of all articles in English.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">The acceptance rate of articles in this period was 32.94% and the rejection rate was 69.41%, of which 63.4% quickly and 21.6% after the refereeing process were rejected. In this journal, with the frequency of continuous publication, compared to the articles published in the previous volume, an 11.46% decrease in the acceptance rate and a 13.81% increase in the rejection rate were observed. Finally, the number of articles published in this issue decreased by 30% compared to last year. It seems that one of the most important reasons for the increase in rejection and decrease in the publication of articles in this volume and issue was a rejection of articles without an ethics code, which caused a large drop in the acceptance of articles even though the number of submissions was almost the same as in volume 11 [1].
