Referees’ guideline

In order to expedite the review process by the jury journal articles or conference, Online Papers’ referee system is designed. Basic steps of the process to the referees are as follows:

1. register as a user

2. To emerge access as a referee and determine the referee’s expertise

3. determining paper for consideration by the referee and sending email messages

4. Visit the website and login with referee’s username and password

5. Referee’s section and getting articles

1) register as a user

Note: This step is often performed by a database administrator.

Note: This step is often performed by a database administrator.

After registration, program manager with the help of referee’s Electronics can determine not only participation of the special referee’s access program but also referee’s special expertise for a specific application.

3) determining paper for consideration by the referee and sending email messages

Note: This step is often performed by a database administrator.

After setting referee’s registration, the articles that is sent to the program can be access to the related referees by program manager. Simultaneously, an email is sent to the referees and the information in this regard is performed.

4) Visit the website and login with referee’s username and password

To enter the program only by username and password this is provided in the boxes on the home page.

Remember:

If someone else does not work with your computer, you can check the option "auto" and automatically sign on subsequent visits.

Forgot your password?

If you enter your password incorrectly, you will enter the page to try again. You can go to the password screen and enter your e-mail address and a new password sent to you.

5) judgment section and getting articles

In order to enter to the referee’s section and visit the list of determined articles for judging can use navigation bar above pages. To go to other sections of the website can also get help from this bar.

Remember:

Navigation bar on the pages after entering their user area (after entering the user name and password) can be seen.

6) judgment process

Immediately after entering to judgment section, three different lists of articles you can visit:

New Articles list

a) New articles include the articles that have been recently added to the list of articles intended for judgment. You can then opt out of judgment or complete the adjudication form to after reading these articles.

b) Uncompleted Judgments

Uncompleted Judgments include a list of articles that their judgment has not been completed. You can check the papers again, and if necessary, change their opinions.

c) Confirmed Judgments

Because you've confirmed your comment about this article, program manager consider the results of your judging in order to pick the papers. Therefore, the confirmed judgments are listed on this page only to see the results (not change).
